If you look up in the sky, you can view the International Space Station tonight at 8:03 p.m. for 7 minutes.

Thanks to John for passing this along.

Wednesday nights view was very big and bright for 6 minutes in Clayton, last night was very poor not very bright nor big at all. Tonight I suspect will be very good as it’s not as late as last nights pass. Of course brightness and how big it seems is better between 8-815, anything later is waning in brilliance.

Where is it going to land?

The international space station orbits the earth. It isn’t going to land.

Is it coming from the north? Last time I saw it it went straight over our street. A few minutes later a son saw it coming down his driveway in San Diego.

It’s in orbit around the earth. The usual path to see it best is when it passes over us, starting in the southwest sky, passes directly over head and disappears in the northeast part of the sky. We often look for it when the skies are clear and not too cold outside. 🚀

Popcorn; check

Adult Beverage; on ice

Looking Glass: Yep

Headed over to Whatever to toss in a Last before I take it outside

It’s passing over right now and nearly ready to go out of sight. (8:08) Thank goodness there is no overcast.

Thanks, just saw it fly over

Was Neat

photos on my phone at a light dot on gray….

Look forward to next time
