The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office filed felony charges against a Middle School teacher in Danville for committing lewd acts on minors.
A three-count felony complaint was filed with the Superior Court of California, Contra Costa County on September 16 against 41-year-old Nicholas Brandon Moseby of Concord.
Moseby is being charged with two counts of committing a lewd act upon child. One minor is 15 years old, and the alleged offense occurred on August 31, 2022.
The other minor is 14 years old and was also allegedly a victim of a lewd act and unwanted pornographic images on September 4, 2022.
For that alleged offense, Moseby faces one count of distributing or showing pornography to a minor.
Moseby was arrested on September 14, and at the time he was a biology teacher at Diablo Vista Middle School in Danville — and also worked as a cheerleader instructor at Nor Cal Elites in San Ramon.
Moseby’s arraignment is scheduled on September 19 at 1:35 pm in Martinez. He’s currently in custody in the Martinez Detention Facility and bail is set at $200,000.

Not sure how I feel about publishing names before convictions. But then again, he wouldn’t have been nabbed without solid evidence. I’m torn.

Nothing like watching a conflicted liberal squirming around. Not fully sure if grooming kids is frowned upon or considered stunning and brave and not sure where “the party” stands on guilty until proven innocent.

It’s always been a known fact that child molesters work with kids. Who decided that teachers should teach kids about sex and gayness? This was a set up from day one. Cameras in every classroom live streaming to YouTube is the only way. Looking back today, I remember many teachers who I would consider weirdos and would NEVER want children around them. Literally weird people with weird personalities, weird jokes, and weird facial expressions. Not all, but definitely quite a few. I’m sure there’s more in every school around here. Start with the ones with BLM and gay flags in their classrooms. Do students say the pledge of allegiance anymore?

If your arrested for any reason, it’s public record. Don’t feel conflicted,this is no different except the nature of the crime is completely inexcusable.

If a business had been charged with as many felonies as public schools, it would be out of business. I don’t expect integrity from government , but a little honest now and then would be nice.
Is there any metric by which education has improved since the creation of the Department of Education? I believe it does deserve to go out of “business”.
