Never vote for incumbents.

Words to live by.

What a group.

I give up on you guys.

d marko the wokester just got taken to the cleaners on the politics thread.

You can have it but we won’t listen. When things get bad enough around here we will have you removed.

I can’t believe the ol hoff is running after her DUI. That’s just bold.

Oh my goodness, that exchange on the politics thread really was an eye opener. D’Marco Anthony did himself no favors at all. Calling anybody and everybody a racist that disagreed with him or questioned his qualifications/agenda was an extremely bad move and really told everyone all they needed to know about him…..and none of it was good.

Does D’Marco ❤️ Becton?

D’Marco Anthony = Woke, BLM ,CRT supporter who has no experience as an treasurer/accountant. He was exposed on last weekends political thread on Claycord.

I believe he is a guy just looking for a cushy job in an air conditioned office, and thinks his believes and what he”identifies as”(look at his FB page) will be the reason he should be elected, and feels he will climb a political ladder to then be part of some magical anti-this-that-or the other program to help a very tiny group that feels offended by trying to exist in modern day society.
I don’t think his intentions are a job done well or to serve the citizens of Concord in a positive way.

@Cellophane,
Except for Treasurer, in this case.

I write in Cowellian every year. One year I’ll figure out what district he/she lives in

Thank you! My heart’s in Cowell.

Out with the old in with the new.We need people who will listen to citizens not the pocket lining.

Don’t vote for any incumbents!!!!! Time for a change.

Hoff and McG need to be rotated out. Way to embedded in the machine, and serving the powers that be from Sac to CPD, all the way to Seeno’s stuffed toy collection doorstep.

I am ALL in for District 5’s candidate, LAURA NAKAMURA. As a Pediatric Heath Care Worker, she has been an asset helping in my son’s care for 15 years now and she is an amazing leader in our community. She puts families first, and has great concerns for the traffic in our Claycord neighborhoods and most importantly she Listens!!

I am sure Laura Nakamura is a caring person, but her political views are way too extreme.

She is an activist leader in the Concord Community Alliance which is anti-police, advocating to defund and restrict police patrolling because they see the police, not the criminals, as the problem.

She has spoken to the city council numerous times against just about every crime reduction initiative. A perfect fit for Berkeley city council. Concord? Not really.

Hoff is a drunk driver and the rest are likely Socialists intent on destroying your rights. What a choice.

I saw D’Marco J. Anthony in Concord Yesterday on Clayton Rd.He was riding one of those 2 wheel scooters, the ones that don’t have an engine, you push yourself along with one leg.
I guess he’s doing his part for the environment.
