America’s lack of work ethic is showing. People use to climb all over each other to get into the Longshoremen’s union as those people make bank. And the deregulation of trucking in the 80’s has done more to screw the indie drivers than help. Add to this the greed of big oil with all of the “record profits” it is the perfect storm. All of the this is college Economics 101
There are jobs available in all sectors at all skill levels. There is really no excuse not to have a job. Sadly, there are those that think they should start at the top with the top wage and refuse to work unless they get that deal. Then there are those that just don’t want to work. I was raised a job was a job, I wasn’t too good to work at anything and if it meant flipping a burger to make money then flip the damn burger
