Again, Claycord is place to go for what’s happening !
Thanks for letting us know what’s going on Claycord.com!. I was driving the 680 and I saw the black smoke rising high figured it had to be a house for that kind of black smoke. But now it’s all kinds of Fire Equipment headed that way so I guess it’s spreading.
The rich probably have multiple houses. As well as the very best insurance. Oh well.
Yes indeed, multiple houses. And yes indeed, insurance on all of them. Did I mention that I live here to get away from jealous people. Just sayin, knucklehead.
@Alamo Proud…I hope you have good health insurance for when you fall off your high horse.
No one stopping you from doing the same. Also, not everyone in Alamo is wealthy. Some just got in at the right time or inherited a family home.
5:12pm *Looks* like things are getting under control. Air tankers and air boss aircraft have departed and the smoke is down to 10% of what is was at the peak. Glad to see the quick response on this fire and the other local ones the past week. We can’t thank the firefighters enough.
Claycord rules. First to cover it
No envy problem. Money does not define me. I did my time working in the 911 system here. Just waiting for my Idaho house to be finished being built. Then I will leave the bay area forever and all of the nouveau rich along with it.
And Johnny Rotten Of the Sex Pistols put it best. “Eat the rich.”
Let them eat cake.

Why hate wealthy people? They worked hard, and achieved something most cannot, and gave their families a good life. I guess it’s easy to be jealous or envious or have animosity toward those who have worked hard in life.
