UPDATE: District Attorney Files Murder Charge Against Homeless Concord Man
Gee-I wonder how the shooter passed the background check and 10 day wait, paid for the gun and ammo???
Damn those guns. Damn everything that kills! Ban it all since us humans can’t seem to get the concept of No
Oh, those wonderful homeless in Concord!
Clear the homeless camps!!! Are you waiting for a child to be kidnapped and taken to one? They are literally collections of stolen items you call an encampment.
Arson, Murder, Pollution, Theft. At what point does CPD do their job and police these criminals finally?
It is not the fault of the police it is the fault of those who got elected. Which brings us to how to get the right people elected in California. Almost imposible.
Accurate. Police can’t do anything when the government above them ties their hands.

A job is the best deterrent to homelessness.
So homeless guy had a car to dump the body off and orobly had someone to help him. Clear out these camps. They just fester crime.
That’s one way to clear out the homeless population. They tend to take care of themselves. And then we get stuck paying for the caretaker.
Concord where Homeless come first.
Give the homeless homes
Being homeless is not a crime!
No, but nearly every action they take is
