Police said they have located a 3-month-old infant kidnapped Monday from San Jose and three suspects are in custody.
The call to the police about the child named Brandon Cuellar first came in at 1:03 p.m. on Monday. A suspect was seen entering a home in the 1000 block of Elm Street, according to police.
San Jose police said the FBI joined them in the search, with the FBI going door-to-door to find any witnesses and collect other information.
Police have not named the suspects.
Brandon was found alive and is being taken to a hospital for an evaluation as a precaution.
This is such great news!
That poor child and parents. We need more info. Good job to those involved in finding the child.
I am going to go out on a limb here and speculate on a connection between allegedly incarcerated Dad and the kidnappers.
My first thought also!
Best news I have heard all day
Great News!
I would like to see a day when Stranger Abduction and Parental custody disputes are not put into the same hopper of missing Children notifications.
I do know parents can also be nuts and dangerous, but most of the notifications come from custody disputes. I would much rather know if a stranger grabbed a kid and people are looking for them, than a known caregiver didn’t bring the child back to the parents. I think the public has a right to know who it is they are looking for. If it is a parent with a screw loose…put it out there, but if some guy grabs a kid off the sidewalk, that’s a whole other crime….and that person could have a van load of kidnapped kids.
