A juvenile was arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man Saturday morning at the corner of Meadow Lane and Johnson Drive, the Concord Police Department said in a press release.
Police received multiple calls about the shooting at 9:53 a.m. Saturday.
The victim, who was not identified, had been shot multiple times. He was taken to a hospital where he died.
The suspect, a minor who was not identified, was later arrested.
Anyone with information about this case or who may have witnessed the shooting, is asked to call the Concord Police Department Detective at 925-671-3426.
Hope he is charged as an adult

I use Meadow Lane to get to Concord instead of using the freeway. I try to look inconspicuous. What the H is wrong with people?
I see them on their way home from school sometimes but they look peaceful enough. All the kids I know play sports big time. They surf, they ski, they camp, they hike or trail bike, play soccer, baseball, and basketball. Along with school they have little time for anything else. The parents have to be involved.
Dude, I almost got stabbed by an 11 year old less than a week ago. And if you think I go around provoking 11 year old kids than you have me confused for someone else, kid just wanted to “flex” infront of his friends or something.

Dumb Juvenile was caught the same day. He couldn’t even evade for 24 hours on a murder charge.
Police found evidence connected to the crime in his possession at the time of arresting him….. (most likely the gun).

I live in the neighborhood, down the street, and have lived here for over 40 years. It is getting absolutely scary here now. I agree with another poster- it has become the wild wild west.
Seems like parts of Concord could use stop and frisk. If you take the whole Bay Area it is as bad as Chicago. Everynight on KTVU 10pm there are at least two or more local killings. I wouldn’t even cross a street in San Jose. The drivers are aiming for you and when they hit you they keep on going. It’s a brave new world out there.

BTW – what became of that Rosen kid that murdered the Middle Eastern father and child on Treat Blvd a few years ago?? That was a case of miscarriage of Justice!! The victim’s family should (if they didn’t) have filed a lawsuit for civil death since the Escalade was a gift to that Rosen kid by the parents!

No name? No physical description of the suspect? The answer is simple, the murderer was a black or Hispanic person. US media does everything it can to hide and cover up the massive amounts of black and brown violent crime in America.
