Above normal temperatures return to the Bay Area this coming week, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures on Thursday are expected to be five to 10 degrees above normal at the coast and 10 to 20 degrees above normal in interior locations.
Weather officials said it will be like last month’s heat spike, but a little warmer. April 5-10, 1989, was the last time a similar spike came into the Bay Area, weather officials said.
“Overall, it’s going to be warm,” NWS meteorologist Roger Gass said.
Temperatures are expected to be normal Monday and Tuesday and then likely above normal Wednesday through Friday.
So temperature spikes in April can be cyclical like in 1989.
It’s nothing new.

Good thing I didn’t see the HAARP waves doing a number on the “clouds” today. I can now chalk it up to climate change and slumber deeply.
@TPC….Don’t let your guard down, I hear they reformulated the chemtrail formula (summer blend) so it doesn’t react with HAARP waves, they’re almost invisible now. Be aware and observant, “they” are still trying to dose everyone so as to control our minds. Stay vigilant, line your hat and parasol with only heavy duty Reynolds foil and don’t look up. You know all those beautiful cathedrals in Europe? Majority of those were constructed when temperatures warmed during medieval times. The warming lasted about 200 years. Warming temperature = prosperity because there’s more food, less food scarcity.
Funny how all the trashy climate models exclude the medieval warm period from their models. Would kind of screw up their whole “the world is ending” narrative wouldn’t it since we know temperatures have been higher in the past than they are now and the world didn’t end, in fact we have written record showing increased prosperity. Probably why they pivoted away from “global warming” term in the first place.
@Bruh…Funny how, in addition to all the models you made reference to, all the scare tactics by algore and co, all the expensive mandates/societal changes as a result, all the taxpayer money thrown around (solyndra, solar panel installs), all the claims of “but, but, but…the science,” all these changes and the only impact is the enrichment of those crowing about this. Algore, mr global warming hisself, for instance, was estimated to be worth under $2 million. Now, $330 million, in large part, though not exclusively, to his global warming hysteria. Not a bad scam, if you can work it.
Went to a historic gold rush town, with story boards placed around that described facts about life during that time. One recurrent theme was the shortage of water, the heat, etc.
