Congressman Mark DeSaulnier will host a virtual town hall Wednesday, March 30 at 2:00 p.m. on Russia’s war on Ukraine.
He will be joined by special guest Steven Pifer, William J. Perry Fellow at Stanford University and former Ambassador to Ukraine, who will provide his expertise on the evolving situation and what the United States can do to protect Ukrainians.
The event will be held on Zoom and will be streamed live on Representative DeSaulnier’s Facebook page.
I refuse to listen or give any credibility to a Congressman who is willing to do anything to protect another country’s border, but refuses to do anything to protect ours. This is no more than touchy, feel good BS

How about doing something useful for the citizens of California for a change?
How about repealing the state and federal gas taxes that have caused hardships for all of us? How about getting to Newsom as the $400 crappy rebate checks are a joke once again, not to mention how much fraud will be deducted after the checks are issued, to revoke the many taxes added that cannot be accounted for for each gallon of gas we are raped by the high cost?
Other states have already put that into place. Why not California?

I looked up the expert and he was a Clinton appointee and thinks Biden is doing a great job. No surprise there. I agree with the above comments about focus on the US. I would say we are little late for that to take place. The powers of the west decided that rather engage Putin in a meaningful way they will let the Ukrainians suffer a little.
