A freeze warning has been issued from early Wednesday morning through Friday morning with widespread sub-freeze temperatures expected across the interior portions of the Bay Area and Central Coast, according to the National Weather Service.
The coldest morning is likely to be on Thursday with the coldest interior spots dropping into the mid 20s.
Sensitive plants and crops may damaged or killed in these conditions.
Be sure to properly shelter pets and livestock in warm and dry places.
Outdoor plumbing and irrigation may become damaged if not prepared for these freezing conditions.

My outdoor cats have an insulated and carpeted “cathouse”. It is well appointed with a motion sensored area light, heating pads, and an LED night light.

Good idea to warn people about outdoor plumbing. You can’t be too careful. Yesterday i heard about some guy who got his penis frozen! 🤤
So far at least got a tiny bit of rain. My plants are grateful. Now if the rain dancers would stop waltzing and maybe do a jitterbug or something the rain will at least stay on the sidewalk a bit longer.
