Over 100 shirts were just stolen from a store called “Mainland” in the Sunvalley Mall in Concord.
The suspects, who are described as four black heavyset females, fled in a Chrysler SUV, according to police.
No injuries were reported. The suspects have not been captured.

Four heavyset black women!? I guess the police doesn’t have to worry that the women will outrun them unless the police can’t run from eating too many donuts.
This is irrelevant, the theft of someone’s livelihood; it is more important to change the name of a road after many decades, because it is now offensive. In fact, there may be trouble for now calling them “heavyset,” you know, body shaming.

Maybe we’ll see the camera footage. Since there is a car description, how about a license plate? Why 100 shirts? On the secondary market- maybe a few dollars each. Divide by 4-Is it worth it?

So, nobody could stop four large women carrying 25 shirts each? If I had been there, I don’t think I could have resisted the urge to push them over as they waddled by.
@ChickenLittle, As tempting that might be, not a good idea, they could easily shove or push you. It was only a few weeks ago that someone at SunValley Mall got shot for trying to stop a theft.

All I can picture in my mind is an old SUV, with no shocks, bouncing down the freeway dragging the muffler and blowing oil.
That’s an average of about 25 shirts each. Math the thieves can’t do.

My sister and I were leaving the Broadway parking garage in Walnut Creek about 2 weeks ago and 2 males dressed in black ran in front of our car and jumped in a car waiting for them on the street holding arms full of lingerie, Bras, and panties. They were dropping them all over the street as they ran. Nobody came after them. One man noticed too and turned around , then put his hands up . He tried to get a picture or video but they were fast. It is so frustrating.
Their fathers would be very proud.

Maybe we can change kirker pass to four black heavyset females to make the libs happy.
I just heard a black comedian say that America treats Black people like pennies. They put up with them unless you walk in the store with more than four or five.

Sun Valley better get a handle on crime. I won’t go there anymore after one of my car windows was broken around 5pm on a Tuesday (and no there wasn’t anything to steal, visible or not visible for that matter, for people that are into blaming the victim.)
Concord police and mall security should be working together to make that area safe again before too many customers become former customers. Unless of course, Concord doesn’t need the tax revenue the mall generates.
In which case, we can just change the mall’s name to Sun Valley Criminal Playground and let the human trash of this and the surrounding areas ruin our quality of life.

Sounds like the same suspects that hit Walgreens on N. Main maybe 6 moths ago. I walked in as it was happening, buncha herffers stuffing make up, cosmetics, high end lotion etc into big burlap sacks. They were having a blast clearing laughing under their masks as employees recorded and berated them. I kept thinking the cops were going to show since it’s a pretty damn straight shot up N main and a lot of time was going by but no response until after they left. Police response time was 12-15 minutes +. This was mid afternoon. Getaway car was a 4 door silver Volkswagen, employees easily got pics of the plate… probably a stolen car
Probably not a “feeding the family issue”. More like “putting money on the books” for their prison boyfriends.
