Seatbelts save lives.

Buckle up for safety

Did these people have a driver’s license? Highway 4, Port Chicago highway have not been that lucky lately.

It does Nothing for LEO to pull these vehicles over when u have a catch & release program and a Loser DA who will not abide by THE LAW.

It’s highly probable that they were:
Unlicensed
Uninsured
Unregistered

So many infractions that the LEO just throw up their hands.

Young men make such bad decisions it is amazing that any reach an advanced age.

Half of me says, 18. So young. He had his life in front of him. The other half say, 18. So young. Probably thought he was invincible and above the law. But you can’t beat the law of physics.

Must be the same type of drivers that are passing me going over 100 mph when I am on Highway 4. Sad but if you drive recklessly that is how you will eventually end up. You may have a death wish but stop endangering those of us that want to live and should not be subject to your childish behaviour no matter what your age.

My sympathy has been diminished for these folks who endanger the rest of us. They do not care and thus this is how they end up. Did they even have a license or insurance?

You don’t know what was going on. It is extremely sad that two young lives have been lost. Unfortunately I happened to know one of them and you ruthless people comment and don’t think family will read?
Their lives are lost what does it concern you if they had license and insurance. Did they hit you ? Did they hit another car ? No so why even comment anything negative . You all are a bunch of negative bored trolls.

Rest In Peace Luis .

The Alhambra exit is straight on and downhill. When wet out, it is recommended drivers, long before the exit, lightly apply the brakes to “dry off” and put some heat into the brake rotors. Then let off the brakes and reapply pressure.

Cold, wet brake rotors and brake pads can result in less than optimal braking distances.
.
And wear your seat belts! It’s a law that actually makes common sense.
