I hope nobody has been hurt.

Probably not a great time to mention it, but this is my biggest fear with high density housing. You do everything right, and a neighbor makes a bad decision and you lose everything, and maybe even your life.

I’m not saying this was human error, but more often than not these things are caused by people and not faulty construction.

Never boil gasoline in the kitchen while smoking a fat cigar.

Exactly!! What could possibly go wrong with all the BART villages the local municipalities (Woke city councils & county board of supervisors) are approving (forcing upon us) for “their betterment” of society…?…

Well, the zoning has just been changed to allow for more dense builds. Thanks Newscum for the fire hazards…again…

… more and denser housing … .with no water! sure glad I didn’t vote for them!

Very much like the pandemic to reduce over population a fire in a high rise density housing complex would cause the same type of losses.
