That area has really taken a dive.

Is that a nice thing to say?

Dive? How so?

It’s Pine Hollow Rd. not Pine St.

Doc are you saying Pine Street is bad?

Pine St. in Concord where 3 people were shot (1 died) last week?
The low income neighborhood where there are thousands of people packed in the apartment buildings and parking is almost impossible?
That Pine St.?

Nah…. why would I say it’s bad?

The area has taken a dive because of a car accident? Lol

Car-B-Q……

A good reason to keep your gas tank full. A lot of accidents that result in a fire is because a spark ignited the fumes in the tank. Gasoline in its liquid form does not burn, it’s the vapor that ignites. As you drive, and the tank empties out, the gas will vaporize and fill the tank with fumes above the liquid.

I dare you to throw a match into a bucket of gasoline to prove your point.

Just another set of fools using the roadways as their own personal raceways with no regard for others. Maybe a huge increase in their insurance rate with wise them up nothing else seems to.

Oh cool. It appears you know what happened in this specific incident. Do share.
