Any update? Saw this unfolding around 8pm.

Shouldn’t last too long. After thirty minutes of negotiation, you shoot him.

…….oh gee…my liberal friends are now calling for the banning if all knives!

I smell a lawsuit by his family if they shoot him. How to get ahead by bringing a knife to a gunfight. Wait a minute. How many social workers do they have there.

Geez I was listening to this whole ordeal on my scanner and I’m thinking geezus will the cops just taze the guy and get it over with. What’s up with these stupid negotiations wasting everybody’s time get down to business and end it The cops are so chicken caca afraid of losing their job being sued or being called racist is ridiculous.

I agree completely. If you want to die and leave your family millions get killed by a cop. This is just too dumb.

The police are in a hard spot the way things are now. No one has their back.
And if they accidentally did one iota thing wrong the police department would be sued, and now the officer can be personally sued too , and lose their family’s savings, home, car..everything.
The justice system now is upside down. If a white person is killed they get zero, if it’s a person of color, right away it’s worth millions the way it is all spun.

I’ve known one of the clerks at the 7-Eleven there for 35 years. I hope she’s okay.

You shouldn’t bring a knife to a gunfight…unless the police aren’t allowed to use their guns.
