12-Year-Old Girl Brought Back To Life After Drowning In Walnut Creek Swimming Pool

A 12-year-old girl was brought back to life after drowning at a pool on Olmo Way, near Bancroft Rd. and Treat Blvd. in Walnut Creek.

The girl was not breathing when she was pulled out of the water at about 6:30 tonight. It is unknown how long she was unconscious. Her breathing is currently described as “labored,” and she is on her way to the hospital.

Prayers for this girl.

I always feel bad for kids whose parents don’t take them to swim lessons. So beneficial. I guess there could be more to the story though.

Oh man! That’s scary indeed! I hope she recovers fully, and kudos to whomever performed the lifesaving measures!
