Hello Almost normal…..Covid flying restrictions continue through Sept 13 for now…Bring on the July 4th parties….

Expect mask wearing well into next year. Its a false sense of security that helps make fools like Newscum look important.

For normal human beings nothing will change. We’ve been living normally for at least a couple months. Most restaurants and businesses have been at full capacity mask free for all patrons. Come out be a patron of local business.

Only the scared ones are cowering… ahem EJ Phair—- shame on you!! You have abandoned your customers. I’ve been a loyal customer buying kegs end beer making supplies since you were two guys making beer in a warehouse down the street from Costco. You abandoned concord??? Trust me we have noticed…

It was my understanding that he was not offered a lease.

To be fair: Yes EJ Phair went overboard in their Covid-19 response.

I was always a little fuzzy on their we love our employees so much so we closed our tap house/restaurant to protect our employees from catching Covid. The unintended consequences are now our beloved employees cannot afford to eat or pay the rent and they got jobs elsewhere… it always struck me as throwing out the baby with the bathwater but it was their business.

According to their neighbors, Hop Grande, EJ Phair is in a dispute with the landlord over a long term lease. The building needs upgrades, which EJ Phair is not willing to do without a guaranteed lease which they don’t have… or so the story was told to me.

Bad for EJ Phair but maybe good for the Hop Grande who are eyeing the adjacent space…..

Is it his fault or the landlord’s fault for not getting them a new lease?

Was that Beer, Beer and more Beer? If so I had no idea they were affiliated with EJ Phair.

I never cared much for EJ Phair, but I could usually count on Beer, Beer, and More Beer to carry Russian River’s Pliny the Elder.

The new owners of that strip mall are terrible. They forced out a lot of businesses with their greed. I heard years ago they were hoping to sell the land to a developer for yet more housing.

He opened the location in Alamo, I believe

no mentioning about workplaces?

Workers are still required to wear masks und CAL/OSHA law. (unless all are vaccinated). At least for the next two days.
What a mess

Don’t get too used to mask freedom.

I don’t think it will last very long.

The government has the power.

They won’t give it back to the people.

Ya’ll ain’t seen notin’ yet.

See inflation, labor shortages, food shortages $8 a gallon gas, and higher taxes.

Ya get what you vote for, now your vote is meaningless.

you are spot on with everything you mentioned. This state is royally screwed and we are just at the mercy of our government and terrible governor.
My family is waiting till my kids graduate high school (which we now have to pay for private because they screwed that up too.) and we are out unless the state turn for the better which I don’t see anytime soon.

Make sure to vote to keep Gavin for more of these convoluted garbage regulations.

The fear porn and virtue maskers are everywhere. Waiting on escrow.. escaping to a red state were it’s still the land of the free. Good luck to those who think for themselves here in the Bay Area. Though you don’t need to drive too far to breath fresh air and still have a sense of freedom.

Personally, I enjoyed the smaller crowds and less traffic of the past year. CA’s normal is not a good place to be for any sane human being…
