How about tracking and protecting co-workers. Your choice Vaccinate or find another job

This is a polite question: why do you feel people should be forced to take an experimental drug in order to have a job?

Sorry, but I am “assessed” on my ergonomics of how I enter and exit a vehicle or how I lift an item. I AM NOT TAKING AN EXPERIMENTAL gene hack. Sorry, OSHA has my back on this one though.

they do … that is already a requirement. Employers must verify the “right to work” status of their employees. That includes birth certificate, green card, etc.

I think there are going to be lawsuits around this. My company is located in San Mateo, is telling us we need to upload an image of our vaccination record into their ‘secure’ system. They will not let the on-site nurse validate our card and Mark as ‘approved’ or take a note from our doctor … it is an image uploaded of our vaccination card or …. they have not said what happens if we fail to comply, but I expect it to be isolation or termination. I think that might be grounds for a discrimination lawsuit. I am not a lawyer, but I f I am singled out because I don’t want to say …. sounds like discrimination because I am being treated differently based on what I believe.

This should be covered by HIPPA. Now a strong person would argue that there is a public health risk and that is why they get to know … but is it really? If all these people are vaccinated, how can they catch COVID? Yes, no vaccine is 100%, but neither is the flu vaccine. I have seen one person in an office catch the flu, and then watched the whole department to out sick because they all have it. But how common is that really?

This comes down to acceptance of risk and privacy. Is your level of risk worth, what I deem, an invasion of my privacy?

And just to clear the record, I am vaccinated but I refuse to be required to ‘show my papers’ to prove it … they tried that in the late 30’s and early 40’s in Germany.

If you have good skills and a strong resume in a field that will readily offer you a new place of employment, then tell your current office to pound sand. If they want to fire you over this, you’ll get a lawyer.

Someone PLEASE explain to me if the “vaccine” works, why all the hysteria with tracking those who haven’t or wont take the jab? And if they truly work, why continue masks??

Something doesn’t add up here.
