One of the requirements with getting the shot at a clinic or John Muir was a 15 to 30 minute observation period after the injection to make sure you don’t have a reaction. How do they accomplish this at the drive through and mass vaccination sites?
Your fellow drivers will “observe” you weaving on the road before crashing into Lin’s Buffet on Willow Pass.
It takes a village, don’tcha know.
My husband had it done on Saturday in Brentwood. After your shot, you stay in a slow moving line where a number of people will come and ask for your name and ask if you have any symptoms. They tell you to honk if you need help. Then about 15 mins later, they let you go on your way.
It was a drive out there, but well worth it and I was able to be right there with him.

Very well run with EMS and Sheriff’s office helping
I got my first vaccine shot at Waterworld today and after receiving the shot they had us pull into designated lines and park. If we had any adverse reactions we were supposed to honk our horn or wave a red paper out the window… otherwise we were let go after 15 minutes of waiting. Easy Peasy.
I received my Moderna shots at a Brentwood drive through & both times they made me & others wait only 15 minutes to ensure that we have any “bad” systems .
I think the 30-min observation is for those who have had an anaphylactic allergic reaction to something in the past. For most people it is 15 min.
Keep it classy!

There are also anecdotal stories out there of people winning the Mega Millions Lottery. It could happen to you but I wouldn’t count on it.
Well, if the tinfoil hats wearers at Infowars say so, that’s enough to convince me.
I’ve got a lot of severer allergies to foods and medicines.
I’ve been healthy, no illness at all, for the last couple of years.
So I’ve been reading everything I can find about how the different vaccines may affect me.
From what I have found, there is no clear evidence of what may happen if I get the vaccine.
I may go into Anaphylactic Shock or my skin may fall off or nothing may happen at all.
One Doctor I read said the value of getting the vaccine is worth the chance of a reaction.
This vaccine, made up of all sorts of stuff people have not had been injected with before, does not cure the virus.
It acts like a flu shot.
Until more definitive data is available, I’ll not get the shot.
The chance of another Anaphylactic Shock, for me, right now, outweighs the value of the vaccine.
Vaccines are not formulated to “cure” illness. Their function is to activate the immune system into making antibodies against what ever illness they are are formulated for, which is why we get different flu vaccines every year, because the flu virus mutates. I hear your concern regarding possible anaphylactic reaction. I’ve had an anaphylactic reaction and it’s scary!
Talk to your doctor and do what’s right for you.
Best of luck and stay safe!
It’s better than the flu shot. But definitely it is a trade off for those with severe allergic reactions in their history. It depends on how at-risk you are for Covid.
at least you won’t have to wonder when the next used diaper will float by…
how long until they turn into Zombies over/under 4 years
It is probably from the more recent South Park episode where they referred to masks as ‘chin diapers.’
Hamster Hammock
In the first 2 1/2 months of 2021, there have been about 34,000 reported negative reactions to the vaccine and almost 2,000 deaths associated with it. Given millions of doses have been given, the odds are the worst outcome is soreness at the injection site or a short illness.
I’d still hate to be one of those almost 2,000 who died.
The data is available here.

Trust your instinct… not the Government… and Big Phara. buried in lawsuits.
Moderna: Has Never produced a vaccine.
J&J: Has been sued over 200,000 times for their faulty products
Yeah. Keep your car out of gear, though. My friend fainted after receiving the shot, without warning.
