The following information is from the Clayton Police Dept.:
This evening at approximately 7 p.m., officers were dispatched to a residence for a missing 9 year old male.
With the assistance of Concord PD officers (and K9) a helicopter from the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office and many, many wonderful residents the little boy was safely located at approximately 8:15 p.m. and was brought home.
The Clayton Police Department wishes to thank everyone that got involved to help.
That’s wonderful news! Thanks to all who helped in the search. I’m sure the family is beyond grateful.
Claycord.com, thank you for that information. Wonderful outcome.

Clayton Police use the Concord Police scanner feed that you can listen to on Broadcastify.
Good news and welcomed to hear.
So happy to hear! Also nice to see PD get credit for something. It was cold and wet last night…Not an easy night to look for someone…
Concord PD took there’s off the scanner at broadcastify after all the police violence last year. This way we don’t know what’s happening or what there doing. But that’s only my opinion. Sorry if I have offended anyone.
