The wind speed on the summit of Mount Diablo reached 80-mph on Tuesday night, according to the National Weather Service.

It was the only location in the Bay Area to reach 80-mph.

To compare, in a category 1 hurricane, winds range from 74 to 95-mph.

It’s all Trumps fault!

Thought my palm tree would blow over last night but only one frond blew down. Have no idea how those things keep standing My tree guy says it will never blow over. When we bought this house it was about twenty feet tall, it is now around seventy feet tall. I still get the feeling to cut it down.
