Lolz!:Interesting that CONVID has eradicated the seasonal flu.
SCAM.
PS: For those who wish to cower-in-place…..nobody is Stopping you, but Quit imposing your paranoia and fear onto others.
People are not cowering. They are staying safe. If you have had a loved one die from Covid you might have more understanding.
I get that you are responding to the stats here but people are people and death is death.
I’m pretty sure that anyone who has lost a loved one during this time would not be calling this a “scam”.
I work in health care and have seen people suffer incredibly from Covid.
Hey Anon, can you work for me tomorrow?? This weekend the hospital was pretty bad, my feet hurt & I can hardly see straight. Thanks
Sure you have Rene, sure you have…it’s REAL
Rene- all of the same can be said of the flu, but unsurprisingly, there are suddenly no flu cases or deaths this year! Imagine that! If you did not do ALL of this for the flu, then why are you doing it for this?
This is far from the flu (as I type this from my hospital bed as I am one of those currently in the hospital)
I can barely breath walking 10 feet, I’ve been dealing with this for almost 2 weeks now. It took 3 trips to ED to get admitted. I’m away from my husband and baby. I’m only 38 and have no pre existing conditions.
Please learn to take this seriously and stop saying its a haox
What hospital Bailey? What hospital are you in right now at 38 suffering COVID-19 and can’t walk 10 feet with out breath? 2 weeks? You should have asked for hydroxychloroquine vitiman D and a zpack. Would have been good in a day or 2. Too bad the democrats and media told you it didn’t work because Trump said it did
Sam, your remarks are disgusting and should NEVER be allowed to be posted. YOU can never know the pain or sickness others are in, to make judgements is simply unkind. If you were not well, would you want people yelling online at you? Saying the horrific things you have posted? I don’t think so. Be kind, it is all we have left, but don’t be upset at someone who is sick with COVID, and ask why her doctors acted how they did….that is complete disrespect.
Sam – if you must know, walnut creek Kaiser.
And no thanks on the hydrochloroquine. It doesn’t work even though you may be convinced it does. Here’s a newer study stating no significant different but my guess is you don’t believe it. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2772922
And I would definitely never take medical advice spouted by Trump or from some random person that has no idea what they’re talking about.
This is to Sam’s response to Bailey. Are you kidding me?! You’re seriously going to argue about someone’s experience with this disease and essentially mock them for not following an unproven suggestion from a guy who also told you to drink bleach? As an actual healthcare worker who sees Covid and post-Covid patients, I can tell you that her experience is not unique. I see how awful it has been for sick loved ones to be away from their families. I’ve seen people’s oxygen levels drop to a level you wouldn’t see outside of an ICU, and barely be short of breath. The standards for what requires ICU care has even gone down, as the number of people requiring ICU beds goes up. I’ve also seen people take Hydroxyqloroquin at the suggestion of trump and have major heart complications, requiring hospitalization. Take your insensitive and ignorant comments elsewhere. Be fortunate that you can cower behind a computer screen and not face this awful disease head on.
Dear Annoyed RN:
You might have had a powerful authoritative post, but your credibility went to zero when you said Trump told people to drink bleach. That point is false and is just fake news. So, any people who read that who might have been influenced, immediately stopped paying attention to anything else you said as fake news. A huge problem with this virus is that it was politicized so there is so much lying and misinformation it is difficult to understand what is going on, and you only make it worse with such nonsense. This week for the first time, I now know someone who got the virus, he was sick for 4 days, and on the 5th said he was in the garage swapping out his water heater. When there is so my lying, it is hard to depend on anything that is not first hand knowledge, and people like you just make it worse. Thanks for nothing
@Annoyed RN
When you start with a lie, your whole rant is worthless.
You may be ill in the hospital but it’s not COVID-19. With a 96% false positive with the PCR test, I suppose you have 4% chance of having something. The “virus” is a hoax. All you chat bots with your perfect fitting names ain’t even trying to hide anymore. Annoyed nurse…Great name😂 and anonymous..Brilliant. Last but definitely not least, tired healthcare worker.😂🤣😂🤣 You guys need to do a better job with your AI names. All posting about Trump too😂🤣😂 priceless. I see you all 👀👀👀🤡🤖
Further it’s is a crime against humanity to lie about hydroxychloroquine.
Academic medical fraud to the highest degree. Keeping a drug that would cure people is just plain evil.
I’m curious to know where you got your medical education so I can thank my nurses and doctors that they didn’t go there and are smart enough to give me meds that work.
I’m thankful my doctors here started me on remdesivir and dexamethosone, mess actually proven to shorten hospital stay. I can actually walk around my room now. O2 sats still drop at times but I’ve spent the day off oxygen. Thought I would give you an update since you seem so concerned. Also if you want to know my covid developed into covid pneumonia so you can add that to your conspiracy theory. I have the CT scan and cray to prove it.
Also if you read the article hydroxychlorquine was given and it showed no benefit to the placebo. Id rethink that medical license of yours, seems like its from a cracker jack box
San Pablo has led the county in cases per 100,000 population for months. It’s amazing that its cases over the past 14 days continue to grow, even as 7.2%
of its population has already been confirmed positive for the virus. Also, it’s interesting to see Danville, which had low case numbers for months, is now rising in the city list, and now has a cases per 100,000 number ahead of Bay Point.
I am sharing HappyPappy’s link from 12/4…Dr. Roger Hodkinsons, MD perspective on this virus and how hysteria is now in place:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfNk_Mru-pY
Man, nobody is dying of anything else but covid these days LOL
Ah, but the ‘numbers’ speak for themselves, say the ones who make and publish the lists.
Therefore the leading puppets will ‘order’ a ‘lockdown’ on the general population, from which they unofficially exclude themselves.
The ‘lockdown’ is to be enforced by the police agencies they disrespected/bashed/defunded to appease the ‘protesters’.
The lockdown is to start today so everyone please, be good little citizens and cower in place until they come out with a new list of numbers to justify our release from the lockdown.
This pattern will continue into the near future, as they see fit, in order to comply with the agenda of their sponsors.
Anon, you swing from your tree. I will swing from mine. FYI the “scam” hit our family in September. I don’t wish it on anyone. You call it paranoia, I call it common sense.
The survival rate with COVID is 99% The lock downs will kill more then the Virus
Anon has a valid point. The seasonal flu has killed many in the past, 12,000 to 61,000 annually for the past 10 years. How come nothing has been reported on the seasonal flu. It seems all attention is on Covid and nothing else.
Only 41 Flu deaths 2020. Flu is cured!
The flu peaks December through February and can run later. We haven’t even hit flu season yet. Also as people are being more cautious with washing/sanitizing/wearing masks its been said that it is hopefully not going to be a bad flu season.
Wow look at you go. Not bad for someone who could barely walk 10 feet the other day and was all full of the COVID. Pneumonia is pretty serious and is definitely life threatening to the wrong people. So what’s that you say about hydroxychloroquine? As I already said it’s academic medical fraud and crime against humanity to keep cures from people with misinformation. Everything you said about hydroxychloroquine is a complete and utter lie. India has been treating with it from day one. Fauci wrote papers on its effectiveness and safety. You are repeating lies and it is a crime.
If destroying the economy, our social lives, the educations of every youth, and even our ability to get together with our loves ones saves just ONE BOOMER, then god bless America, it is worth it to save that boomer!
Even if these shutdowns destroy America’s lead and 50 years from now we are conquered by a ruthless, genetically modified Fascist-Communist Chinese regime who will eradicate us and/or harvest our organs, it will be worth it to save one boomer.
I have updated the chart at https://imgur.com/a/Tz5FnIq
The red line which is 7-day rolling average of new cases per day shows a sharp drop. That’s from Thanksgiving. Normally the testing locations are open Monday through Saturday with minimal testing on Sundays. That’s why the blue line shows the once a week downward blue spikes. Normally the red line with the rolling average cleans up the spikes except when we have a holiday such as Thanksgiving where there was minimal testing much like a typical Sunday. In a week the glitch caused by Thanksgiving will roll off the graph.
While hospitalizations, the green line, continues to rise we are still well in the moderately impacted severity level.
On the good news front, the ICU numbers are also rising but not as much as hospitalization while deaths have been flat at about one every other day.
What a nice graph, WC Resident. Thank you.
Hey Thanks WC Resident….finally, a graph with some meaningful data points….you rock!
Great graph. Thank you!
