@Claycord.com – Thanks for the info! Our PurpleAir Sensor has really spiked just recently today. Read a healthy 26 at 1:00 PM and now (4:18 PM) reads 82. Just 3 minutes ago, it read 77, so smoke is indeed coming into the area.
Air quality readings to the east are even higher.
Even with the much better air quality we’ve been experiencing, I nonetheless noticed soot on my car (parked under the carport) when I left for grocery shopping today.
Saw the smoke just a few minutes ago while coming back from Brentwood. It looked almost like it had thinned out a lot.
Walked into garage and thought we had a problem. Purple air shows our area to be clear, but with some higher readings nearby. It’s been nice breathing again. I hope this blows over.
Another fire a fleet of 747s would put out in minutes.
