Concord Police officers arrested three drivers on suspicion of DUI while conducting a DUI enforcement patrol on Friday night.
“Driving under the influence is dangerous, illegal and puts a further strain on resources in the middle of a pandemic,” Lt. Mark Robison said. “We are still out there and will not hesitate to stop drivers who drive impaired.”
Drivers charged with DUI face an average of $13,500 in fines and penalties, as well as a suspended license.
Concord Police Department reminds the public that impaired driving is not just from alcohol. Some prescription medications or over-the-counter drugs may also interfere with driving.
Opps….. They went over limit…. Did they throw the third one back?
huh? but the person with kids doing 120MPH got a ticket, that (doesn’t) make sense
People are drinking and drugging more to ease the pain of being locked up and locked out of their businesses. If anyone should know it’s Nimwad Newsom, who blamed his affair on drinking and Simple Seibel who blamed it on women and then quickly deleted her comment..
This lockup is hurting many deeper than we could ever imagine.
RECALL THE NUISANCE!
