Fans will see a bunch of overpaid whining primadonnas if you’re willing to redistribute your hard earned money to support them. Personally, they lost me some years ago when it became all about the money for players and owners. Try using base salaries with performance clauses instead of outrageous guaranteed contracts.

With no fans in the stadiums, the NFL would lose an estimated $5.5 billion of stadium revenue (the sum of tickets, concessions, sponsors, parking and team stores)—or 38% of its total revenue—based on figures for the 2018 season.
The NBA is in no better position. The players agreed to have 25% of their salaries placed into escrow. The new NBA agreement also contemplates additional—and gradual—pay reductions should the league invoke the force majeure clause and cancel all or some of the remainder of the 2019-20 season.
The days of the sky and salary cap is the limit for multi-million dollar contracts are probably going to come to a halt. I can see a lot of contracts being renegotiated or players being cut in the future.
That is only one problem. How are municipalities that floated bonds to build these stadiums going to survive with no revenue coming into their venues? They still have their bond payments to make, the overhead to maintain those stadiums and any other contractual obligations to pay.

If you haven’t picked a bandwagon for the KBO yet, I recommend the NC Dinos. They also happen to be in 1st place ⚾️
Go Dinos! 🦕 🦖

I think now would be an excellent time to just completely do away with professional sports I’m tired of hearing about these overpaid cry babies talk about social injustice while they’re living in their multimillion-dollar mansions and I’m not interested in seeing anymore displays of anti-patriotism good riddance
I don’t really care about Pro Sports. I gave up on the NFL several years ago. And the only time I’ve paid any attention to MLB, NBA, or NHL is during the playoffs.
But I am really looking forward to SEC football this year.
MLB please. And thank you to all the men in my life for the “updates.”

I won’t watch any sports until their ethnic/racial numbers match those of our diverse society. So when the NBA has 65% white players, I’ll start watching. Sorry, I can’t support racial discrimination of any kind. I’m quite virtuous in that regard. Much more virtuous than you, I’m sure.

Agree 100%!
So you want these egomaniacs unemployed with lots of spare time on their hands?

“But I am really looking forward to SEC football this year.” I thought you didn’t care about pro sports! 😉
DodgerDog has got you there, Cowellian!
Bwahahahahahahahaha!
I guess I set myself up for that one.
I can’t wait for Formula 1 to start.

😆
I’ll tell you what I won’t be watching: the NBA or NFL.
They’re dead to me.
College and high schools games from now on.
