Barricades have been placed at all the entrances and exits (except for the main entrance on Ygnacio Valley Rd.) to the Clayton Valley shopping center in Concord.
Several stores also have boards on the windows and doors.
This is in preparation for planned protests on Clayton Rd. at Ygnacio Valley Rd. The protests are planned for Tuesday, but authorities believe looters could show up tonight.
