There’s a multi-unit construction project on the South West corner. Seems like it was at about the same stage as the big units that burned near downtown awhile back…

People are destroying housing during a long-term housing crisis, this is not okay. They are just making more victims and are not helping their cause.
I plan on joining the protests, but this is not acceptable.

More like apartments than homes. If there is such a shortage then why isn’t my apartment owner more discerning??

I just walked over there and didn’t see any fire damage. The construction workers I spoke with didn’t know anything about it. Could it have been elsewhere?

Strange. I heard the sirens on Clayton Road right when the news got posted here. False alarm?

I was driving past there at around 2/2:30 am. Several firetrucks in the middle lane of Clayton Rd. and several police vehicles as well. Firetrucks and police also on La Vista. I saw and smelled smoke but didn’t see any fire & driving past there today couldn’t really tell if any of the houses had any damage. Maybe they got it out before there was too much damage.
I’ll put $20 on arson right now.
