Three suspects have been sentenced in connection to the 2018 homicide of 24-year-old Oshry Elor in Pleasant Hill.

Elor was shot in the 2000 block of Norse Dr. during a planned marijuana purchase, according to police.

Investigators were able to identify several suspects within days of the killing.

Good job PH.

were they wearing hoodies?

Why do you ask?

“That’s Racist” and I’m “offended.”

any murder one killer should never get parole. im really glad to hear justice served

Just tip of the berg.

So, 24-year-old ex-CPHS wrestler was selling weed from his parent’s home on Norse Dr. next to DVC and is killed by Georgia scumbags looking to ripoff the weed. It was supposedly 4-5 lbs. Elor’s parents must feel both devastated and failures as parents. By the grace of God none of us should ever have to experience such feelings.

Weed is legal. Why would you trash the victims?

Anonymous what is your point. You sound jealous.

dope dealers are not victims

Selling 4-5 pounds of weed is not legal.

Recreational weed is legal.
There are limitations to recreational weed such as the quantity you’re allowed to have legally & where you can smoke weed legally.

Alcohol is legal – but you cannot walk down the sidewalk drinking a beer. Nor can you be at work drinking beer at your desk…. because their are limitations to alcohol even tho alcohol is legal.

” a little weed never hurt anybody” they said…

No but stupidity will kill you

He was shot over something of value, simple as. Don’t meet shady guys for cash deals over high value things, what a life lesson.

Don’t you hate when an injustice is committed.

Flashbacks of the Michael Fidler murder 20 something years ago where after years finally arrested and convicted the shooter over another weed deal gone bad.

That was in 2004 at the Briarwood Apartments next to DVC as well.

The problem with being a criminal is one becomes known to other criminals who, being criminals, have no qualms with targeting criminals. Like Elor, Fidler was known to keep large amounts of marijuana at his residence and was a well-known drug dealer.

Both men were killed trying to disarm their attacker, which in both cases was probably a bad idea since the scumbags were after the weed and knew the victim could not report the theft to police. They would probably both be alive if they acquiesced to their attacker’s demands.

Kenneth York was convicted in the murder of Michael Fidler & sentenced to Life Without Parole.

In 2018, his conviction was overturned due to his defense attorney not using the cell phone records of the only witness against him to cast doubt on his story.

Tyson Moorehead, the 2nd suspect, was just arrested in November 2019 after hiding for 15 years.

Right.. because now we justify murder for not having a proper city permit..interesting mental gymnastics at play to declare you enjoy the taste of boot on the tongue

Now they’ll probably release them due to the Corona Virus, or to clear out San Quention so that it can be sold! This is California. We release violent criminals back onto our streets every day now! Release them all! Close all of our prisons! Let’s all live in a criminal utopia! Woooo Hoooo!

Now there’s an idea! Release all the guests currently housed in San Quentin (correct spelling) so they can be “safe” from illness and can therefore vote in the next election (as Democrats of course since the Dem mantra is “Give us your criminals, vagrants, immoral, unprincipled and we shall make them our slaves.”)

Then, repurpose San Quentin as high-end condos starting at $1 million for a studio, adding, of course, indoor and outdoor pools with surrounding gardens for the children to enjoy fresh air and plentiful sunshine. Ahh. What a feel-good day!

Possession is not a crime in California, but dealing without a license is. This is the holy grail pot advocates have fought for for more than 50 years in California. They got their wish. Everything they fought for they got.

Now they are unhappy with the result? All I have heard for 50 years is, “Legalize it and let the state tax it.” Okay, DONE!

Now they complain marijuana taxes are so high it’s cheaper to buy illegal marijuana from Mexico. Well, too bad. Be careful what you wish for.

Luther Lee spent two years in jail awaiting trial and racked up time credits for good behavior. He was freed from jail last week.

Hahaaaa – How is this still possible?
Well, he was 100 miles away in a Sacramento hotel.

You arrange a drug deal with 3 strangers from Georgia and you have them meet you at your house? And you have them come inside your home?

Ummmm…… Dude – it’s bad enough you’re selling large quantities of weed to strangers who could be cops or FBI but you have them come to your house?

You were not cut out for that life. Too dumb!

Interracial crime flows disproportionately one way.

Legalization has been hell, prices have gone way up. Someone who isn’t me used to be able to get wonderful, tested stuff in Berkeley for like 1/2 or 2/3 of the cost now. It has been a real failure imho due to over aggressive taxation and regulation.

“Police were able to track Moorehead down thanks to the FBI’s safe streets task force.

He was hiding with extended family in Stockton. ”

Oh come the F on, they didn’t check with his family?
