If the restaurant you’re wanting is not on the list, give them a call or go online to see if they are open and the hours. (Mr. Mayor – Any chance you’d be willing to add a note that the list is not comprehensive? BTW – Thank you for managing this informative and entertaining site. I appreciate all you do!)
My husband and I had planned to celebrate his milestone birthday this past week at La Sen Bistro (Main Street, WC). Instead, my husband picked up the food (they made it easy) while I set a celebratory table in the seldom used formal dining room, opened the Champagne (the real stuff!), and lit candles. I did miss having a server waiting on me and someone taking care of the dishes afterward but on the other hand, it was quiet (a real plus!) and we didn’t need a designated driver to get home (a real plus, plus!). Not what we planned but it turned out to be pretty fun.
Oh, and the food was FABULOUS, as always!! We love La Sen Bistro. If you’ve not done so, I recommend giving them a try. They also are delivering in the WC area. (925) 448-8187
