Concord Garden Equipment on Monument Blvd. is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the man who they say stole a Stihl MS461 chainsaw, which is valued at $1200.
The business says the theft occurred at 1:38 p.m. on Thursday, and the man fled in a newer gray Ford Fusion.

What is wrong with his fingers? Looks like frost bite or something gross. Also the way his clothes fit he has on layers. Hope he gets busted. Book em claycord.
Band aides to hide fingerprints maybe? And yes, wearing layers, you can see part of a long sleeve or shirt in the bottom picture. Might be wearing extra clothes to look beefed up more.
I don’t think there is anything on his fingers. I think it is the video quality. The white on the sleeves, near his hands are also due to video quality.

So what if he’s got no mask last I checked there is no law stating everyone must wear a mask but in his case since he’s on camera it wouldn’t be much better if he had a ski mask on.

I knew he was suspicious when he was not wearing a mask over his face.
This is the exact proper use of a camera system. They got perfect video of their saw leaving. Unfortunately, cameras never actually prevent a theft if someone is going to steal from you, but in this case, it’s great video to share so hopefully they can get their saw back.
It’s a good time to check your alarm and camera systems, to make sure they are functioning properly. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve been called to help someone retrieve video from a theft, only to find out their system stopped recording sometime back in 2018. Test your alarm today too. Call your provider, tell them you are going to set it off and want to make sure they are receiving the signals.

If you remember there was a home burglary (invasion) in Pleasant HIll two months ago. Four guys kicked in the door while my friend and wife were at home, they stole over $950, almost hit my friend with their car. Two were caught…..NO Prosecution from our DA.

Mike I’m a little confused as to what the size of California economy has to do with someone being unhappy about how California is being governed.
If California’s economy was the 15th largest in the world, would Sam have a better grievance in your mind?
Incidentally and I’m sure you are aware of this, California may have had the 5th largest economy prior to shelter in place but it only contributes 13.3% of the total GNP of the US. That means that the other 49 states make up the other 86.7% of the GNP.
When you put the total size of the US economy into perspective, being 5th in the world really isn’t that large but I guess it does allow for justification for discounting someone’s opinion that differs from yours.
