It is amazing that there are car wrecks when the amount of vehicles is drastically lowered right now. However, it is to be expected I guess as people still drive like idiots and speed and swerve on the freeway. Do they not realize that there is NO traffic?

With so few people on the roads right now, how does somebody manage to crash? I went to the grocery store this morning and there was no waiting to turn right on red because there was no body on the roads.

There also was no Top Ramen. I mean that stuff sits there year in and year out and ages. They can’t even give it away, it’s so cheap. But, there wasn’t a single package of Top Ramen to be found anywhere. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever believe I’d ever see a Top Ramen shortage.

The roads are a lot of fun these days. Just watch out for the usual DUIs and folks who don’t know how to drive fast, but can’t resist temptation.

Last time I was at the Foodmaxx on Clayton Rd. they seemed to have an enormous supply of Maruchan Ramen in shrimp and Chili flavors, there was even a pallet of it sitting in the aisle, but not a single noodle of any other ramen.

Shrimp and Chili? I could see maybe Shrimp, but Chili not so much. I had no idea Chicken Ramen was such a popular emergency situation food item.

Some people think the lack of traffic gives them a free pass to speed and ignore stop lights and stop signs. In WC, Walnut Blvd has become a race track. And the stop signs that people usually slow down and ignore are now all about accelerating and speeding through. I can’t write here why people do that but I think it has to do with their being just bad people. There are other words that you can fill that in yourself. Think of the toilet paper supply issues.

A taxi in a parking lot into the wall of the store , would like to know how that happened.

Something huge happened at Salvio and n 6th st.There is about 15 police cars there,a helicopter circling for the last hour.and when I went past the roads are blocked off and the police are running back and forth from their cars to what ever happened inside a house.Sounds like they were giving urgent medical care to more than one person.

Just goes to show… Its not how much traffic, but how many bad drivers are on the road. Only takes 1, careless, or inept, or distracted driver.

I was listening to KCBS and the traffic host was saying there have been fatalities on the roads because people are speeding more than ever due to less traffic. Idiots. We have enough trouble to deal with and now we have idiots that use up the emergency services. I hope they get ticketed before they hurt or kill others. Makes me sick.
