Is there any data on which cities the 41 are located in from Contra Costa County? That would be helpful…..

If any of you have been to Hayward or near CSU East Bay campus please read this: “ Cal State East Bay Public Health Advisory
To our East Bay Campus Community,
EXACTLY! Over half the people worldwide who have have come down with these disease have recovered already. In California, our mortality rate is under 1%, worldwide we are at ~3.5%. (These numbers were pulled from memory and may be slightly off). Those numbers are the percentage of people who caught it and died, so it is not like 1% of California would die, it is 1% of the people who caught the virus, would die. There was an article (CNN or SFGATE) that listed ages and cities of those who died. Almost all, think 1 exception in San Mateo County, were over 60. Everyone that they gave more than the age for had an underlying health/respiratory issue.
Data is data. But data like the amount who have recovered, or the demographics of those who have died, does not sell news. I find it unfortunate that more people do not look for and demand this information.
I have been repeatedly asking the Contra Costa Health Department for more information. They just ignore my request. I have asked them to at least post age, if the person is in the hospital or at home, and how they obtained the virus on their website like other counties are doing. They won’t do it. I am very frustrated with the lack of information coming out of our county. I think it is a bunch of arrogant power hungry people that have decided that us mere citizens don’t need to know this information ever though it is deeply effecting our lives. There has to be someway to force them to release this information. Does anyone know how we can do this? I guess if we found out that the majority of the cases were travel related or contact related with most people recovering at home it would be harder to justify their shelter in place. Right now they want to scare us into assuming that all of these cases are community spread with cases on every street in the county.

Here is a link to the terrifying ordeal of one guy who got corona virus in Ohio. Stunning would be an understatement…

To our East Bay Campus Community,
We are writing to notify you that a member of our campus community may be infected with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

I find it very interesting that almost no one talks about people who have recovered from the virus.
I guess that number would take the edge off the panic.
That would alleviate the panic.
Media cant allow that.

Breaking news: people that don’t die will recover.
Which really means, 42X10 cases,
Because Kaiser refused to test me.
