A man possibly exposed himself to Clayton Valley Charter High School students while they were walking to school this morning, according to the school’s administration.
The following message is from Clayton Valley Charter High School:
Dear CVCHS Parents/Guardians,
We wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of a report our administrators received this morning. A few of our students, who walk to school, witnessed a man possibly exposing himself while inside his vehicle. We immediately notified the Concord Police Department. They are currently investigating this incident.
We are grateful that all of our students were safe and that they were able to report this incident to us so that we could take immediate action. In addition, our students were alert and gathered identifying information that is helping with the investigation. CVCHS will continue to work with law enforcement to ensure our students are able to safely travel to and from school.
Safety is always our number one priority at CVCHS so if your children have experienced a similar incident, we request you contact Concord PD and Clayton Valley administration. Our counselors are also available to provide additional support for students.
With safety as our top priority, CVCHS administrators and staff have been informed to remain vigilant and report any unusual activity or concerns. We also ask for your help and cooperation in keeping our school safe by continuing to report any issues immediately. We also prioritize communication with all stakeholders and we will continue to send out information as soon as we receive it on important items like this incident.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Principal Jeff Anderson via the main office and encourage others with questions to do the same.

Actually, no. Sitting in your car flashing your junk at minors is a sex crime. It’s violating and wrong.
I live right by Clayton Valley . I have reported this to school and the police so many times. I told them where he hides and still nothing. This has been happening for months. It’s a white male in a silver sedan . He parks all the time on Balhan between Highlands and Lightwood Dr under the big tree that hangs over the street. You will see him there most mornings and then he usually stays for a long time and watches the kids walk to the bowling alley. It is there path that they walk to get there . There is never an adult walking with the students. He wears a baseball hat that is black.
If this has happened for months, why haven’t you gotten the license plate of his vehicle and given it to the Police?
Please get his License Plate Number and report it to the Police.

I did report him. I even flagged down a motorcycle cop and sent him there. I just called the police again. I told them you have his plate number on my recording.

Some home CCTV systems have capability of license plate reading. Would be nice if a home owner had such a system with a camera recording plates where vehicle was seen.

First Rule is do not take the law into your own hands. The freak could run over someone by mistake.
Simply call the authorities. They know how to handle the situation. PERIOD.
No need to play Rambo here. Just report him to the police and take a few pics of him and his car. I agree that if you escalate the situation the turd could run you down or have a weapon. Not worth it.
If he reads this he will move his spot so look all around the school . Anywhere children walk. He seems to like that street because children are walking throughout the day. It also seems like he targets females so drive your daughter to school. If you really can’t have her walk with a large group to and from school.
I spoke with CPD again tonight. They said they are going to be around more.
He is there often still there around 10am when I take my child to physical therapy. There is a silver car that lives there and this guy just pulls behind it in his silver four door sedan. White male, usually has a black baseball hat on and is sitting behind the wheel. Twice I have seen him in a windbreaker.

Thinking back to 20 years ago I’m still pissed about so many leers and jeers and honking from GROWN men when I was 13-16 innocently walking home everyday, and I simply looked normal. SICK and made me feel UNSAFE. stupid our youth are subjected to this type of horrific behavior from absolute animals.

I don’t believe your post. The police chief, who I have zero love for, and the Director or CVCHS have a “special” relationship. Basically the Chief says how high when the Director says jump. So if this has been happening for months, they would have cops all over it.
And knowing some of the officers, particularly those who work that area, IF there was a valid license plate, they would be all over that. This is a HEAT case and it would get getting a lot of attention from the PD.
Still can’t wait for Swanger to leave though.

This guy escalates every other month. I can’t remember the exact dates but I believe the first time was in September/ October, the next November/ December ish, and now February.
This guy has also been flashing elementary students and the Concord PD has done nothing to stop him. I agree that we as citizens should do something.
