- Center St. Disorderly Conduct: Drugs or Drugs with Alcohol. A 51-year-old Concord male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (01/13/2020 – 1333 hrs.)
- Main St./Diablo St. Indecent Exposure; Obstructs/Resist Public Officer; Probation Violation. A 32-year-old Newark male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking. (01/15/2020 – 1223 hrs.)
- Kirker Pass Rd./Concord Blvd. Warrant; Drive While License Suspended; Probation Violation. A 39-year-old Richmond male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (01/18/2020 – 0409 hrs.)
- Marsh Creek Rd./Diablo Parkway. Drive While License Suspended: DUI; Probation Violation. A 31-year-old Stockton male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was released on his signed promise to appear. (01/23/2020 – 1659 hrs.)

Looks like Clayton is a magnet for criminals from other cities. What’s up with that?
Safeway is open late and these guys want alcohol at that hour. Like Willow Pass, you have people in the lot and store that are up to no good. Sucks Safeway Willow Pass has to run their nightly procedures at 1:15 a.m. too when the store closes at 2:a.m. Sucks Safeway lets thieves walk out with whatever they want when they are walking around the stores with hands down their pants. Ewe, health hazard? I seriously hate trying to shop anywhere in Concord either any more. Riddled with psycho transients who get off of midnight BART and head to Willow Pass to steal or drive drunk to the YV Clayton store before heading over KP to Pittsburg.
Looks like the miscreants were passing through on their way to Concord. One Concord guy who made a wrong turn and was probably lost.
