All the proceeds of the sale of this game in the 80s went to a local group called the American Association of University Women.
This one, which was made in 1980 for Concord and the Clayton Valley area, has advertisements for local businesses all around the game’s border.

I’ve seen Concord and Martinez themed Monopoly board games at the Martinez Walmart.
I have an Oroville Monopoly game, it was given to me for Christmas several years ago by two cousins that are from Oroville.
I had one for Castro Valley that I got as a White Elephant gift.
