Claycord lost a wonderful member of the community last week.
Barbara Gomez (mother of talented photographer GoGo Gomez) passed away after a very brief illness.
For many years, she volunteered as a Concord Police Advisory board member, Contra Costa Library Commissioner, and participated in hundreds of Concord City Council meetings and functions.
