The CHF functions as a grant-making organization, and the primary governing responsibilities include vetting, awarding and monitoring grants, establishing grant making and operating policies, approving annual operating budgets, annually evaluating the Executive Director, and annually electing the officers for the Board of Directors.

Board members are not compensated for their service on the Board and must operate under the CHF bylaws.

Application forms are available at the City’s website at www.cityofconcord.org/BCApplications.

Wow no compensations
So they can give money to who ever they want and get campaign contributions from the same groups ….hmmm

Maybe this communist socialist trend in the state would benefit from some news from the socialist mainland

Chinese Muslim students returned home for university holidays to find members of their families had been taken away for “unhealthy thoughts”, leaked government documents show.

Young people from the minority ethnic Uighur community in the Xinjiang province were told their loved ones were undergoing “training”, which is why they were not at home,

Welcome the socialist mentality with open arms and training campsites.
We are almost there after the state burns the history books and paints over murals of the past and plays every one not a dem a racist the coup will be complete
