The National Weather Service has released wind gust measurements for the Bay Area.
The summit of Mt. Diablo saw 53-mph winds, while the fastest gusts in the Bay Area were 65-mph on Mt. St. Helena.
Winds at lower elevations will gradually diminish overnight, but winds in the hills are expected to remain strong and gusty overnight, according to the Weather Service.
