According to the Concord Police, the report shown above only includes approved reports. Some burglary reports might not be written or completely approved, which is why they are not included in this post.
Look on the bright side 10 of the burglaries were not vehicles. (sarcasm)

Would this report include any arrests if they were ever made. Have they ever put out any dummy cars with say a thousand dollars sitting on the seat in plain sight and then not forgotten to keep an eye on it.
WC does decoy cars,but if they did it in Concord,so many people would get arrested,somehow they would twist it into it being unfairly racist.so they don’t dare for fear of bad publicity.
