Shocked and saddened he is from Walnut Creek. How scary for the homeowner to find this bad dude waiting in her house!

If you check his Facebook page it states that he is originally from Pittsburg but lives in Walnut Creek.

Trash.

Randy?

(you know it) ssshhhh….

Hmmm let me see
You voted to legalize theft
And now the word is out and the criminals are rising up
What you thought that what the politicians and their cronies who backed prop 49 were in your interests lol
You fell for their lies now your prey
Too funny
Why even call the cops he allready had a warrant and priors
He is probably all ready on the street and stealing a backpack from through a broken window of someone’s bmw.

Just wait in five years oooh yeah it’s going to be free for all time
What a bunch of self absorbed self righteous followers
You voted to legalize theft …sure up to a certain amount wow yeah how is that working for you now

The politicians want chaos it gets them more fed money for their projects and campaigns. Why do you think they refuse to build any prisons and reduced all of the police force and passed laws to raise crime and the DA said she will not even prosecute illegals just give community service or complete dismissals

While you pat your back for supporting crime
your neighbors are being ripped off

Sanctuary …used to mean freedom
Now it means freedom for illegals and criminals and the citizens get to pay for it all

WOW JUST WOW

oh no in your house …really
That’s what you have to say …

Now wonder the politicians are reaping this state its full of desensitized anti American citizen followers who would rather appear to be just …yet are just following their puppet masters to throw American citizens to the wolves for a political profit

For shame ….

Nobody legalized theft. The amount stolen was just adjusted to make it more practical for Police operations. The rest of your post is just Trump provided talking point noise. “Reaping this state”? Maybe layoff the juice for a while. Thanks.

And burglary never ever happened back when we were tough on crime. It only started occurring when we “legalized” crime.

Making it easier for police operation means they didn’t want to keep arresting people stealing less than $950 worth of stuff.Another liberal idea that feels anything under $950 is legally free so go ahead.

I agree with you, RANDOM TASK.

Thats quite the run on sentence. Looks like the conservative school system failed you.

“The amount stolen was just adjusted to make it more practical for Police operations.”

It was made harder to charge property criminals and drug addicts with a FELONY, so as to keep State Prison population low and reduce jail populations. Often putting addicted substance abusers back on our streets to be predacious upon society. The Courts used to be able to force an addict to get clean n sober and stay that way, that is no longer the case.
https://ballotpedia.org/California_Proposition_47,_Reduced_Penalties_for_Some_Crimes_Initiative_(2014)

Previous to Prop 47, AB-109 made it possible have convicted felons serve their sentences in county jails instead of state prisons. There are felons serving multi year sentences in county jails forcing early release of convicted misdemeanors criminals long before their sentenced time is up.
http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/postquery?bill_number=ab_109&sess=1112&house=B&author=committee_on_budget

AB-109 changed how parole violations were handled, forcing counties to deal with them and created a maximum of 180 days county jail time, for almost all state parole violations. It also encouraged use of electronic ankle monitors instead of incarceration,

he had that place scoped out didn’t he

VARMENT

Idiot. Just a quick search finds that he was arrested on September 11, 2019 (three weeks ago) in Walnut Creek for PCS, Revocation of Probation and Possession Of Burglar’s Tools.

Thanks for keeping him off the streets judge…oh, wait.

Never leave home without your burglary tools. I make that my motto. I wonder if the court will give them back to him when they let him go.

Right on Noj!

Explain reality to these Liberal Dimwits!

What does “Walnut Creek resident…” mean? Seems like that term is being used very loosely. He resides under a freeway bridge? In a tent somewhere within the city limits? Kinda doubt he’s an actually a resident of Walnut Creek.

Maybe someone’s basement.

Suppose they caught him leaving the house with a coke and a bottle of Jim Beam. For me that would be a minimum of a month in jail. Maybe more depending on his previous record. Certainly not a ticket for trespassing.

I couldn’t afford to replace item(s) valued near $950. Sometimes a thief will steal the same item twice. Once the first time, then second after you replace the item. If that happened, you would be out close to $1,900 😢

Thieves need harsher punishments.

@john

I assume you refer to Prop 47? Just out of curiosity why do you call it a “liberal idea”? You know that one of the cheerleaders for Prop 47 was New Gingrich?

Here is is op-ed in the LA Times just before the vote:

https://www.latimes.com/opinion/op-ed/la-oe-0917-gingrich-prop–47-criminal-justice-20140917-story.html

Maybe it would help if you stuck to facts and don’t make them up to please you view of the world?

Cute hairstyle. Sorta edgy.

It saddens me you can see the drugs in his eyes,BUT he did get his hair on point and looking bedhead stylish for the photo.

Gittyup, you made me laugh.

Thanks. I’ll be here all week.

He was clearly trying to steal combs, hairbrushes and gel. I hope.

Was he breaking into Gavin Newsom’s house ?

Get that cat-a-comb.

Agree with random task and original G. I’m independent and these crazy policies clearly aren’t working. We need to get Political leadership in place that cares for us the taxpaying citizens and not these bums that are praying on us.

He was supposedly an Army medic in Afghanistan and couldn’t emotionally deal with trying to help his fellow wounded soldiers with the little medical training he had. Plus he grew up with an abusive alcoholic father. Lacked people skills, coping skills. By the time I met him, he seemingly always was willing to challenge people, get in their faces, and use abusive language.

Last time I saw him, he was riding on the rear wheel of a bicycle along Clayton Rd. near Ellis. Figured he probably stole the bike in Walnut Creek, as it had a one-of-a-kind paint job. Am guessing his moving on to residential burglary was a skill he learned in prison.

He WAS an army medic! When he got home, he had PTSD and was always trying to find people to talk to, to help him. We went to high school and yes he was a fighter ( him and I got suspended because we got into a physical fight. And yes I AM a girl). But you know what, in high school, he was a great guy. Yes, he did have problems at home, but still…… you wouldn’t say that about someone if they were in your family would you? He needs help and you people should be giving advice NOT talking crap about someone you DONT know!

What a pos. Put that trash down.
