Yikes, I hope it wasn’t Norma.

Is it the woman they are looking for???

This is near where our missing person is supposed to be?

Just before Noon, I had walked into my bank in Clayton Valley Shopping Center just as CPD was taking a disorderly conduct (and/or mentally ill…. or drug-addicted), “hygienically-impaired” vagrant into custody because of his behavior inside the bank (teller said there was no robbery attempt or threat made to them, though he did go right up to their counter).

Immediately afterward, I was driving farther out to Clayton to run more errands. At about the same location as where this accident occurred, a man was balanced on the very narrow median near an intersection where there was no traffic signal….. i.e. how would anyone have stopped in either direction to give him money? I could not read the sign. I do wonder whether it was the same person who was hit, though.

I couldn’t fully read it either but I think it said garage sale.

There was a man earlier on the median with a cardboard sign but he was advertising a garage sale not asking for money. At least directly.

Who was he
