A vegetation fire at the end of Semillon Circle in Clayton has been extinguished.
The blaze was in the Easley Estates neighborhood, it started at about 1:15 p.m. on Sunday.
Neighbors and firefighters worked together to control the blaze. It was extinguished just before 1:30 p.m.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

That’s a very narrow strip of wild land buried in a neighborhood – no way this was spontaneous combustion – someone must have “accidentally” ignited that dry brush.
