  • 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  No Injuries.  (08/07/19 – 1835 hrs.)

ARRESTS:

  • 5400 Clayton Rd.  Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia.  A 32-year-old Antioch male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.  (08/06/19 – 0130 hrs.)
  • Marsh Creek Rd./Diablo Pkwy.  Drive While License Suspended for DUI; Probation Violation.  A 33-year-old Tracy male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.  (08/08/19 – 1555 hrs.)

You mean Clayton?

What do you mean by…. “again”?

What would happen if the arrestee refused to sign the promise to appear which I am assuming is a ticket?

Jail until bail or 1st crt appearance

Since signing the ticket is a promise to appear, not signing the ticket means the defendant is NOT promising to appear and will therefore be taken to jail until seeing a judge (see PC 853.5 and CVC 40306 and 40307).

Thanks Mike. Again. Impersonating another is a crime, and I am prosecuiting to the full extent. Won’t know what hit them.
