Bless them, our men and women out front who fight these fires. Thank you.

Finally beginning to see smoke off in the distance as the wind direction has changed.. Very grateful for the firefighters and all involved, and their skill and hard work to supress this fire.

many thanks to the brave and hard working firefighters ….
no body wants to pay them and yet they are fighting fires and dealing with smoke and gear and wind and weather ….every day sometimes 10 times a day or more ….for their career ….and most are up in arms they get a nice pension ….
well opt out of fire protection and fend for your self and pay not for them at all
lets see how long it takes you to call them

they work hard and train hard and still pay taxes as you do ….they get no air-conditioning …no comfy chair ….carry heavy gear and stay at the station
while you get to go home and sit in your chair and have a beer

common sense ….that’s all will tell you …THEY are worth every penny
just ask any one who has needed them …..

Took a Sunday drive along Morgan Territory Road yesterday and came upon a small fire truck, with 4 firefighters just beyond it. Was about to ask there if there was trouble somewhere nearby when I glanced up the incline to my left – there was a small burn – they were keeping an eye on it for hot spots. God Keep Our Firefighters Safe!!

All those guys in orange are the CDCR fire camp prisoners. They are the ones that really do all the hardest work. I speak from experience cause I’m at a camp myself. So shout out to them. Stay safe

From the photo, it looks like there are 3 men standing on the shoulders of the guy in yellow.
