Concord Police are involved in a pursuit near West St.
The suspect was being chased in his vehicle (a gray minivan), but foot bailed on West St. near Clayton Rd.
The suspect is a Hispanic male wearing a baseball hat.
Police have not said why the suspect is wanted.
UPDATE: Police have asked for a helicopter to assist with the search for the suspect.

Heard the police with sirens blaring come down Clayton Way.
@Dan I’m not sure what the channel is, I’m listening to it via my scanner app on my phone. I do know that my favorite for the channel no longer works so I have to use the drop down menus to be able to listen to it.
Heard that a woman had jumped from a moving van and police were in pursuit of the van. I could not get anything on scanner for some reason.
