I was looking for the same thing for a 15 year old girl. I actually would still like to find one. I did look into it, and contacted the program. They told me that they are done through each prison individually. I did the normal searches prior online, and only came up with the boot camp programs that cost more than I make in a year almost. Every situation is different, and I honestly think these programs can truly work. Maybe posting on here might give the idea to the right people.
I wish I could have helped more, I know I sure needed it. I just deal with each situation as they come up. Not much choice or help from the county.

Reach program, behind the walls . Sares program in antioch
Lost female 3 month old lab mix Saturday 9/14/13 betwwen 6 and 7:45 pm.,In Bay Point off of Azores Circle with red collar. Small white spot on chest and toes on her back feet. Mom is devistated and desperately trying to find her as we just lost our 17 year old lab to cancer in July.
