Yes, but more importantly the people or persons threatening the student need to be jailed.
No… I didn’t… and they’re even getting their student debts erased by Bidenomics … at our expense again!
If they are enrolled in a college rife with faculty and students willing to massively protest at the drop of a hat then they picked the wrong college. Would be better off going to a Junior College and learning a hands on craft that with a little overtime allows them to make $100,000 to $140,000 a year with paid medical.

If the threats are credible such that a person reasonably fears for their safety and the threats are reported to law enforcement, then the issue of refunds should be on the table.
If the “threats” are nothing more than expressing an opposing view (which is viewed as a threat all too often in academia these days), then absolutely not.

The violence we’re seeing has been planned. People have been hired and paid to bring violent social unrest against those who oppose their world view.
