PESFG: Reading and learning. Thanks for the information. You are right about the spending bias. My focus is on energy sources (hydro electric and nuclear). Gasoline is the poor mans energy. It revolutionized small business and the qualiiy of life for the masses. I love that WE have come more responsible with pollution. However, ridding CA of combustion engines is a HUGE mistake. I wonder how electric vehicles as grocery getters would faIr in bicycle lanes.

If the state is giving it back to tax payers does that mean it will be considered taxable/re-taxable income next year? After all, the bottle deposit we pay is considered taxable income when they are returned even though the returned amount is less that the original purchase deposit.

I’m sure it will come in handy to many people. But looking around my neighborhood it looks like a number of people did quite well last year with new cars and remodeling being done. Some that didn’t have left the state.
To me it has seemed the point of the pandemic was to crush the masses into poverty and slavery. Like I’ve said before the silver spoon people want the state to themselves and are trying to drive everyone else away.
There’s no excuse for empty shelves either as many of you should know farmers were offered 1.5 times the market price of their goods by the feds if they destroyed them. Do they want to starve us to death or are do to see food wasted if most of the population has died? 🙄

Last time Newscum decided to NOT give a stimulus check to disabled people BUT CHOSE to give part of that money to able bodied illegals who already get lots and lots of financial help. Have part of this money go to help disabled people who are legally and law abiding and to help struggling citizens but not other people who have not earned the right because they do not contribute into the system.

He will Call it his infrastructure bill which as alway means to give the money to the most people who don’t pay taxes. Mainly his voters.
