The “Water Cooler” is a feature on Claycord.com where we ask you a question or provide a topic, and you talk about it.

The “Water Cooler” will be up Monday-Friday at noon!

Today’s question:

QUESTION: What’s one dish you wouldn’t want to live without on Thanksgiving?

Talk about it….

Cyn November 24, 2021 at 1:23 PM

@Concordville
You and Original G both mentioned gravy and I agree with you both; for me, (besides being thankful), it’s all about the gravy. 🙂

Steak and cake 🙂

Jeff (the other one) November 24, 2021 at 7:44 PM

For me, it is primarily turkey, but if no pumpkin pie, I suspect I’d be bummed.as well.

chuckie the troll November 25, 2021 at 6:50 AM

Thanksgiving is not Thanksgiving without a turkey. The Troll household will have giblet gravy, cornbread stuffing, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, rolls to complement the said bird. Pumpkin pie dessert to follow. It has been at least 15 years since my mother and son have shared Thanksgiving together so this will be a special day indeed.

And for all of the politically correct cancel culture communists out there triggered by this celebration, I would like to point out that there is medication available for your disorder. To everyone else, have a safe and joyful day.
